CNN Academy Film Features Fiona’s Menopause Cooking Course
A CNN Academy short film shares the personal story behind Fiona’s 6-week menopause cooking course and how food can support women from peri to post-menopause.
A new short film created by CNN Academy Master's student Sarah Autry Craft shines a light on the story behind Fiona’s 6-week menopause cooking course.
The film explores how Fiona’s own experience of cancer treatment and induced menopause inspired her to create a practical cooking programme to support women through peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
At Fiona’s Food for Life, the focus has always been on making good food uncomplicated. This course brings that same approach to menopause, helping women understand how food can support energy, blood sugar balance, gut health, bone health and overall wellbeing.
The programme is designed for real life. It is not about dieting, restriction or perfection. It is about learning how to cook nourishing meals, build confidence in the kitchen and feel better supported through this stage of life.
The next 6-week menopause cooking course will run in September.
