I experienced breast cancer and induced menopause at 45. With the severe sudden onset of menopause symptoms, all estrogen blocked and no option for HRT, I took a deep dive into what foods could help me.

I did all the research and hard work for you! I am now symptom-free and look forward to the next stage of my life, full of calm, joy, and abundance!

With almost 30 years experience in the food industry, and recently experiencing a medically induced menopause due to breast cancer I have lots of knowledge to share and would love to help you.
