Make this traditional Irish dish this Halloween

Halloween Colcannon👻🎃
This is a traditional Irish Halloween dish! It is very popular in our house, especially when the ‘fairies’ hide money in it.

Ingredients

✅ 800g floury potatoes, peeled
✅ 250g kale, washed
✅ 100g butter
✅ 1 onion chopped
✅ 50-100ml milk

➡️Steam the potatoes for approx 15 min until soft
➡️ sauté the onion in the butter
➡️ steam the kale for 5 mins, chop
➡️ when potatoes are ready, mash or put them through a ricer into a bowl
➡️ mix the potatoes, butter, onions and kale with pepper & salt and a little milk to produce a creamy consistency.
➡️ wrap coins in paper to hid in the colcannon!
