Fiona's Kitchen skills- How to get the seeds from a pomegranate

Fiona Staunton • October 23, 2019

Learn how to remove the seeds from this amazing fruit with minimal mess!

There are so many ways in which you can enjoy pomegranate seeds such as in salads, roast meat, and vegetables, with hummus, or my lovely roast salmon with tahini, herbs, and pomegranate.

It is possible to buy seeds already removed in supermarkets but you pay a lot more and they don't taste as good! It is so hard to tell if you will get beautiful red jewels or watery pink seeds before you cut into the pomegranate!
