Kitchen skills- overnight oats

A great breakfast, especially if you want to grab and go!

In today's kitchen skills videos, I will show you 3 different ways in which you can prepare your overnight oats. They are really tasty & nutritious, and a good option for a quick breakfast if you don't have much time in the morning. Check out the list of ingredients below:

1) Carrot Cake Oats (serves 1)
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup of milk
1 grated carrot
A few raisins
1 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt
A little bit of Maple Syrup
A little bit of cinnamon

2) Basic overnight oats (serves 1)
1/2 cup of oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt
A little bit of Maple Syrup of Honey if you'd like to add some sweetener
Fruits or any other toppings of your choice (I used berries)

3) Smoothie oats (serves 2)
1 cup of oats
1 banana
Fresh mixed berries
1 tablespoon of live Greek Yogurt
1 cup of milk
