AMAZING RAW POWER BARS ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL! 😍

This is a delicious wholefood snack recipe from The Happy Pear 🍐 in Greystones. They are easy to make & full of goodness! 😋 I have found them great after a workout, in lunchboxes or when you fancy a sweet treat!

Ingredients:
200g almonds
50g pumpkin seeds
100g sunflower seeds
50g ground flaxseeds
40g sesame seeds
30g goji berries
60g chopped dried apricots
50g desiccated coconut
35g cacao nibs
80g cacao butter, melted
125ml raw honey
55g pure almond butter
1⁄2 tsp. salt
1⁄4 vanilla pod (use vanilla extract if not concerned about it being raw)

Topping:
50g cacao butter
1⁄2 vanilla pod
55g cacao powder (use vanilla extract if not concerned about it being raw)
70ml honey/maple syrup
