Make your own chocolate!
This Easter, how about making your own mini chocolate eggs?
Chocolate, with a high cacao content, is good for us. Store bought eggs are usually loaded with sugar and have a very low cacao solid content, you also pay lots for the packaging. By making this yourself you are in control of the amount of sugar that is in the chocolate. Here is my Story on Chocolate.
These are solid eggs and this translates to a 71% cocoa solid chocolate. You can get Cacao butter and raw Irish honey in any health food shop or many Super Value supermarkets.
